How does it work?
Setup – we conduct a setup workshop with the builder and stakeholders to agree the manual requirements for the project.
Training – we train the project team, sub-contractors, consultants and clients to use the omtrak system.
Access – users are given a secure web login to access the project’s o&m manuals based on their agreed role.
Content – contractors progressively enter content and upload documents (drawings, warranties, certi cates, commissioning data etc) to create their project o&m manuals.
Review – project managers, consultants and owners progressively review, comment and sign off on the manuals using the online content review system.
Outputs – upon completion, a searchable set of electronic o&m manuals (including linked documents), and asset data confi gured to suit client requirements is provided for hand over.
