Conventional handover methods would have resulted in a twelve-month validation nightmare: thousands of assets across residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces; multiple contractors; and highly complex MEP systems. The FM team would have spent years reconstructing asset registers and tracking down missing documentation.<\/p>\n
