O&M Manual and HOTO Reviews
Review and assist with the preparation of your O&M Manuals, saving you time and ensuring you comply with Hand Over and Take Over (HOTO).
Asset Data Reviews (GEMS Compliance Review)
Produce a detailed report outlining validation errors, and layered with specific errors and rectification guidance to achieve GEMS compliance
GDL Asset Corrections
We can obtain missing attribute information that is unclear in project documentation via client and sub-contractors. Correct any issues raised by EMOS and submit final GDL to EMOS to complete project requirements.
Bar-coded Asset Physical Audit (Onsite)
A review of all assets based on the EDR/ERIM Rules. This includes the validation of asset data against physical items, identification of missing barcodes, application of barcodes, and update of asset data. The service comes with a report outlining required corrections and changes to asset registers for the final GDL.
Sub Contractor Progress Reports
A monthly snapshot highlighting the progress of O&M Manuals and GDL asset registers. The report includes key status updates, milestone tracking, actions required of the client, project team, and sub-contractors, potential risks, and suggested actions to mitigate your risk.
Client Representative/Stakeholder Hand Over Management
We can provide expert guidance and oversight at critical phases. The service includes project initiation, HOTO finalisation and sign off involvement, Interaction with EMOS, PMCA and GEMS data team to ensure a smooth hand over.
