$270m 25 year Public/Private Partnership contract for a new maximum security facility. The use of OmTrak facilitated an efficient handover process. The process allowed the progressive upload of a large amount of documents and data throughout the construction phase. The timely delivery of O&M reduced the risk of delay costs and penalties.
